Meet Your Coach - Davender Gupta

As a former aerospace research and development engineer with the Canadian Air Force, I have applied my engineering and project management expertise to create the Visioneering Institute, guiding solopreneurs, self-employed entrepreneurs, micro-businesses and project teams to successfully bridge the gap between Passion and Profit.

I am an active member of several business organizations, including the Chambre de Commerce de Québec, the Montreal Metropolitan Board of Trade, and Réseau META-Québec. I am also an accomplished member of three Toastmaster clubs (French, Engish and Bilingual) in Quebec City, and am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Fédération international de coachs du Québec. 

I have been involved in personal development since 1996 (with Context Associated).  My initial coach training was done with Thomas Leonard's CoachU.com (2000).  Since then, I have participated in several programs, including Laurie Beth Jones' "The Path" training, Living University with Gay and Katie Hendricks, Michael Port's "Booked Solid" and "Product Factory" (2004-2005), Dave Buck's "Winning Season" (2006) and many other conferences, programs, short courses, books and inspirations.  I have also produced two audio CDs (in French) and is completing a forthcoming book entitled "Visioneering! Powering your Idea from Passion to Profit" (2007)

What is the big game I am playing?

Our society needs a new approach to leadership in order to deliver on the promise of the 21st Century. We need visionary citizen-leaders who are fuelled by the Passion of a vision, grounded with a strong sense of Purpose, transforming our world by building conscious communities of People, and by so doing, reaping tangible and intangible results from which all stakeholders Profit.

My game is to be a catalyst for passion-driven people, teams and communities, to make their visions and ideas come alive, powering prosperity for them, all of society and the world we live in. This is a powerful win-win for the future.

How Individual Coaching works

Profit from an intensive, personalized and focused support of between twelve and sixteen weeks, to ensure you integrate all of the leadership and success tools that you have been learning, and take 

Together, we will focus on increasing your revenue by at least 10%, or $5000 or more.

We meet on a weekly basis using teleconference and webinar technology, and you also have access to a number of unique tools and progress tracking mechanisms.

It is strongly recommended that you participate in Level 1 of the Visioneering Venture Development System prior to investing in personal coaching.
