My name is Coach Davender Gupta. My passion is to power you to accelerate your vision from Passion to Profit. 

After 18 years of high profile, high-tech jobs, I sensed something was not quite right. My personal life and my work life were taking two different paths, one in search of meaning and purpose, and the other grasping at stability and security. It took a major personal crisis for me to realize that I needed to reinvent, for myself, a livelihood that expresses all of me. That is why I created the Visioneering institute.

A solopreneur since 1994, I have personally experienced the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial life, strengthened by several personal growth trainings and coachings.  This is the basis of the Visioneering methodology. In 2000, I completed an extensive coach training program with CoachU (www.coachu.com). It is with the guidance of CoachU's founder, Coach Thomas Leonard, that I launched the Visioneering Institute.

I direct my energies to guide solopreneurs, the self-employed, home-based entrepreneurs, network marketers, independent sales professionals, and all those who are making the transition from the mindset of the "employee" to that of "entrepreneur", so that everyone can win in this big game called "entrepreneurship". 

The Visioneering Venture Development School is at the core of the Visioneering Institute.  The focus of the VVDS is to equip you with the clarity, commitment, confidence, and courage to win at the game of business.

I have been involved in personal development since 1996 (with Context Associated).  My initial coach training was done with Thomas Leonard's CoachU.com (2000).  Since then, I have participated in several programs, including Laurie Beth Jones' "The Path" training, Living University with Gay and Katie Hendricks, Michael Port's "Booked Solid" and "Product Factory" (2004-2005), Dave Buck's "Winning Season" (2006) and many other conferences, programs, short courses, books and inspirations.  I have also produced two audio CDs (in French) and is completing a forthcoming book entitled "Visioneering! Powering your Idea from Passion to Profit" (2007)

I am member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Fédération internationale des coachs du Québec, of CoachVille (an international community of coaching), and also the Quebec Board of Trade, the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal, the Chambre des Entrepreneurs de Quebec, Toastmasters International, among many other memberships.
